We are thrilled to announce the official registration and launch of the Optimal Mental Health Alliance (NPC 2026/162393/08). OMHA was born out of a necessity to bring "human-centric" care back into our workplaces and communities.

 

In a world increasingly driven by technology, we are dedicated to protecting the mental wellbeing of the human beings behind the screens.

 

Our initial focus will be on four core training programmes: Stress Management, Care for the Caregiver, Mental Health for Managers, and Building Resilience.
